Ordering terms and conditions

General Conditions of the Alexela Concert Hall E-store Order:

  • To make a purchase from our e-store, you must have tickets to the selected event.
  • You can place your Order up to 27 hours prior to the selected event.
  • Your Order can only be accepted once we have received the payment to the AS Tallinna Kontserdimaja bank account.
  • Please send Group Orders of up to 10 people no later than 3 working days before the selected event to the following e-mail: teenindus@kontserdimaja.ee.
  • The changes to the sent Order requested by the client can only be accepted if possible and based on prior written agreement.
  • In the case of a cancelled event, if the client does not accept the tickets to the substitute event, the prepayment will only be refunded based on a written application by the client. The application must be sent to teenindus@kontserdimaja.ee within 5 (five) days after the cancelled event. No later claims will be accepted.
  • In the case of not using the prepaid Order (no show, not using the service, etc.), no refund will be made and the Order cannot be transferred to be used at another Event.
  • The event order is served in the name of the client.

Important! The administration of the Concert Hall (AS Tallinna Kontserdimaja) is not responsible for any problems (incl. changes, cancellation, failure, misinformation about the event etc.) connected to the organization or the content of the Event. All the above-mentioned problems are the responsibility of the Organizer of the Event.
